In spring 2024, intense storms caused the failure of aging masonry retaining walls at 4579 4th Street, with major damage behind the garage. Fusion provided immediate on-site support, advised on temporary mitigation, and prepared a Preliminary Site Plan to guide permanent repairs. Working with geotechnical consultants and the Owners, FET helped facilitate contractor bidding and permitting. The Owners have secured funding and engaged a structural engineer and specialty wall contractor, with FET continuing to support the project through permitting and emergency repair coordination.
